Watch the HAF video  and see how HAF is providing more funded activities and delicious food for children in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals.

We are moving booking systems. This means the previous CABS system will no longer be used to book HAF activities. Make sure you’re ready to book activities by registering to our new system Click here to visit the new system and sign up.

From the 16 June, you will be able to view the activities that will be on offer, to begin planning your summer fun. From 12pm 30 June, you will be able to book your activities using our new Family Hubs Booking System.

We have also been able to extend our offer once again to provide funded HAP activities, that are available to all children in Gloucestershire. All activities will be marked either ‘HAF’ or ‘HAP’ to let you know the availability.

Many exciting opportunities will be on offer, including gymnastics, football, arts and crafts, forest skills, coding and much more!

Additionally, we are very excited to announce that there will be a HAF summer fun day in each district this holiday season. Be sure to follow your district on social media to ensure you’re up to date on information and events.

Child eligibility:

As a reminder, if a child attends school from reception to year 11 in Gloucestershire and receives benefits-related free school meals, they are eligible for HAF. All the information about claiming free school meals can be found on the apply for free school meals page.

HAF for children and young people with additional needs?

For families who need support with booking or attending activities, the HAF Community Connectors are here to assist. They can provide dedicated support available for children with additional needs.
